Cancellation before 28.2.17 : refund of fee paid minus £40 admin fee
Cancellation 1.3.17 to 31.5.17: refund of 50% of fee paid.
Cancellation after 31.5.17: no refund.

- Cancellation fees apply to subsidised and full price places
- Delegates who are unable to attend in person may give their place to someone else
